Password Questions How do I change my WebCampus password? Expand the Global Navigation menu by clicking on the down arrow icon to the right of your name in the upper right-hand corner of the MyWebCampus page. Click on Settings at the bottom. Select Personal Information. Click Change ACE Password. (You will be redirected to the ACE Self Service Center - https://ace.unlv.edu From the ACE page, click on Change Your Password. (This will immediately sync with WebCampus and other systems that use the ACE account) MyWebCampus Questions How do I remove courses from my course list? Mouse over your My Courses list and click on the gear icon in the upper right hand corner of the list Uncheck the Course Name box to the right of the courses you do not want to see in your course list Click Submit How do I access my calendar? Users cannot change their preferred email address in WebCampus In order to comply with UNLV policies regarding the use of official email accounts, effective January 3, 2017, all email sent through WebCampus will now be sent to the user’s primary official UNLV email address. The official UNLV email address is based on primary role at the institution (e.g., faculty or student). Generally, employees use UNLVMail and students use Rebelmail. Most users were unaffected by this change, but some had the email address currently listed in the WebCampus Personal Information section updated to the appropriate UNLV mail address. This message means the recipient either does not have a valid email address or no email address added to their account. Why can't I find my Sent or Received emails? The email tool does not keep any copies of emails inside Webcampus; emails are kept inside the email inbox that you have tied to your account (it is your Rebelmail account by default). If you would like to have copies of messages inside Webcampus, use the Messages tool. Assignment Questions Why can't I open my assignment? Please contact the Help Desk. They can help you troubleshoot and download any application you might need. Why can't I find my assignment? Your instructor might make an assignment unavailable until after a certain date or until other criteria has been met. For example, you might have to mark a lecture as reviewed before you can access the assignment. Please contact your instructor for more information. How do I check to be sure my assignment was submitted? After submitting an assignment, you can check to make sure it was uploaded and saved properly. Click the name of the assignment as if you were going to submit it again.Previous submission attempts are listed under Review Submission History. My instructor did not receive my assignment. Editing an assignment requires you to resubmit the assignment. Not all assignments can be resubmitted. If your instructor has not allowed you to submit an assignment more than once and you made a mistake when submitting the assignment, you must contact your instructor to ask for the opportunity to resubmit the assignment. If your instructor has allowed you to submit an assignment more than once, you will see a Start New Submission function on the Review Submission History page. On the Course Menu, click Tools, and then click My Grades. If your assignment has not been graded, the Grade column contains a symbol indicating its status (see grade details section of the My Grades webpage.
