- From the Grade Center, find the student and test you would like to reset. Mouse over the cell for the applicable test column for that student and click on the gray circle to the right of the current score or the In Progress icon .
- Select the attempt you would like to reset (if there are multiple attempts, the most recent attempt will appear at the bottom of the list).
- Near the top of the assessment attempt, expand the Test Information section (click the chevron icons to expand or collapse the details) and click Clear Attempt.
- You will be prompted to confirm the removal of this attempt. Click OK.
You will be brought back to the Grade Center page when complete. The student should then be able to go back into the assessment and retake the assessment.
