Content Collection

The Content Collection is equivalent to old WebCampus' File Manager.  Any content uploaded to your course will automatically be added to your Content Collection.

Accessing your Content Collection

  1. In the Control Panel, click to expand the Content Collection.
  2. Click on your course title (This will display all content files uploaded to your course).

Upload Files to your Content Collection

  1. Mouse over Upload and select Upload Files.
  2. If a Security Warning pop up appears referencing the UploadApplet, select Don't Block.
  3. You can either use the Browse button to select files to upload or drag and drop files/folders into the upload window.
  4. Click Submit to complete the upload process.

Note: Students do not have access to files/folders you upload to the Content Collection.  See Adding a Syllabus or other Files for instructions on how to add files to a content area.

Overwrite or Update a File through the Content Collection

  1. In the Control Panel, click to expand the Content Collection.
  2. Click on your course title (This will display all content files uploaded to your course).
  3. Mouse over the file you want to replace and click on the gray circle View Assessment graycircle.png to the right.
  4. Select Overwrite File.
  5. Click Browse... to select your file from your computer.
  6. Click Open.
  7. Click Submit.

Note: Any links to this file will be automatically updated.
